From Rice Bran to crude Rice Bran Oil
PART I — SOLVENT EXTRACTION PROCESS
Rice Bran → Crude Rice Bran Oil
01 - PROCUREMENT
Rice bran is sourced from our own and Busted rice mills.
02 - INSPECTION & TESTING
Incoming rice bran is inspected and tested for quality parameters.
03 - Cleaning & Conditioning
Rice bran is cleaned and prepared for efficient extraction.
04 - Solvent Extraction
Prepared rice bran is processed with food-grade solvent to extract oil.
05 - Separation & Solvent Recovery
Oil and solvent are separated, and the solvent is recovered and recycled.
06- Crude Oil Recovery
Solvent is removed through evaporation and stripping to obtain crude rice bran oil.
07 - Filtration & Clarification
The crude oil is filtered and clarified to remove impurities.
08 - Quality Testing
The crude oil is tested against applicable quality specifications before refining.

02 — Degumming/ Neutralization
Removal of gums and other undesirable components
03 — Washing & Drying
Removal of residual materials and moisture control
04 — Bleaching (Adsorptive Purification)
Reduction of colour bodies and trace impurities.
05 — Filtration
Separation of spent
adsorbent and suspended Impurities
06 — Dewaxing
Removal of waxes and improvement of physical characteristics.
07 — Deodorization
Removal of undesirable volatile compounds (odour and taste).
08 — Winterization
Controlled crystallization and separation for improved clarity.
09 — Final Polish Filtration
Removal of any remaining fine particles.
10 — Final Quality Testing
Batch-wise testing against specifications.
11 — Refined Edible Rice Bran Oil
High-quality refined oil, ready for storage.
12 — Controlled Storage
Product protection and traceability.
13 — Final Approval & Dispatch
Final verification,
documentation and dispatch to customers.
